New Options for Sharing Google Files with Targeted APS Audiences

Do you have a file in your Google Drive that you’d like to share with all APS staff but not students? Do you have a file you need to share with APS charter school staff? Beginning June 1, there will be more groups with whom Google docs, sheets or slides can be shared. In addition to sharing with individuals in the district, there will also be options to share with APS staff, APS staff and students, and APS staff and Charter School staff. Each option selected will be shared with all members of that group. The audience targeted will depend on the content and context of the file.
